I am Leonardo, I normally tend to be more "new school" style who consist in to give more priority to the student than the academic plan, but I understand that this job is about tutoring so it is important to use "Classics school" teaching who works inverse, try to adapt a plan of study to the students trough a systematic plan to reach goals but in the rhythm of students.
