I have 9 years of experience in software engineering . For working this industry for a long time I observe that most of the people have enough knowledge in programming but they don't have practical or industrial work experience as a result they can't made themself used to this position. As a result couple of days later their interest degrade . So for this senaria I try my best to solve this issue and give them industrial experice by doing a project in the course.

My observation beginners must start with OOP.Then move to any framework and use different type of tools
