Lesson plans are based on the skills of the student, for this reason I would like to have access to some previous tests, quizes, homeworks for the sake of mapping out their current linguistic abilites. A typical class would include reading practice, reading comprehension tasks, and basic to advanced conversations to practice speaking skills as well. Any "homework" assigned would take the form of requried short journal entries based on specific prompts that I will provide. If the student attends a regular English class as well as the tutoring sessions, there will be time to work on the homework recevied or at least learn to better understand the assignments. Main aim of the classes would be to push the student toward confident, free flowing conversation, and an independent pursuit of English academics. If the student wishes to apply for any essay competitions or such, help will be provided to prepare as best as possible.
