I prefer to approach each student individually with different methods and teaching dynamics. I greatly incorporate Garner's MIT and Jung's personality types. Regarding the content itself I enjoy selecting suitable topics based on each group of students. In my prior experience, I mostly tended to include task based learning and flipped classroom.
