Hi there! My name is Grant and I am a current PhD candidate at the University of Graz. I have a masters in European Studies and I did a dual bachelor’s in Political Science and Classical Studies. I love teaching new students and I would be happy to help you with your English needs! I am experienced especially in business and academic English but I am happy for new challenges! I can also help out with any editing needs.

I have two years of experience teaching English to a wide range of students, from ages as low as 10 to as high as 65 and in classes that were one-on-one up to ten students. In these classes, I would always adapt the material to the student’s needs. I have learned to be a very adaptable teacher, always ready to help students in whatever way necessary. I also have experience tutoring academic writing at two different universities. As part of my job, I would help any student (usually at the bachelor’s level) to better their writing in a range of academic disciplines including English, History, Physics, and Creative Writing.

It is my goal to help my students as much as possible and excel in whatever they need help with. I am therefore very open to any suggestions from the student or from parents.
