At the beginning of lessons I like to set short and long term goals so that students can work towards something and have the satisfaction of meeting what they have set out to do. It is important to me that students are involved and engaged in their own learning process and that lessons are tailored to their needs and learning style. Each individual is unique and motivation to learn a language is largely influenced by their teacher. It is a priority of mine to be able to adapt to students needs and keep students driven to achieve the goals they have set for themselves.
