From my academic experience as a researcher and a student, I prefer tailoring my courses based on the preferences of my students. This means that we will discuss and find the perfect fit for you to learn, and we can switch it up as we go, too! More importantly, we will focus on the topics that YOU like - not standard topics presented in the language books. These topics can be anything from music to history, engineering to fashion trends... You name it. The point here is to have you engaged and enjoy what you are learning.

The content of the class will also be based on your needs! Whether it is grammatical, phonological or just speaking, we can work on it together to get you to your maximum potential. My goal is to make sure that you are not translating your mother tongue into another language - rather, you are "thinking" in that language. That is why I put a lot of stress on understanding the details of a language when learning it, and how it allows us to think in a certain way.

During our time together you will get to learn about the scientific aspects of language learning while doing it yourself! Therefore, we will also focus on the cultural aspects of the language you are learning to make sure that you are all immersed with the language experience.
