•Undertook 6 hours of observed student-centric online teaching with real adult learners(upper-intermediate and pre-intermediate) of different nationalities(non-native English speakers from all over Europe) and produced reflective written assignments for assessment.
•Worked on creating a Learner Profile of non-native English speakers which included conducting a detailed language analysis(language ability level, phonology, and grammar of native language) between English and the learner's native language and its role and impact on the learning experience and then creating a lesson plan based on the needs, strengths and weaknesses of the learner.
•Created an authentic grammar lesson plan and activities from scratch for teaching practice and materials assignment for moderation.
