My name is Janica. I'm a licensed professional and TESOL certified teacher. I've been teaching English online and offline for over 6 years now. I have met and worked with Asian and European students. My students' were of different ages ranging from 4 to 70 years old with different purposes and the lessons with me can be individual or group classes. I teach almost all English subjects such as business English, basic English, travel English, Callan Method, free conversations, phonics, reading, grammar, blending of sounds, collocations, phrases appropriate for specific situations, test preparations like IELTS, CAE, BEC, PET, etc. and more.
For over 6 years in this industry, I mastered adapting to my students needs and levels. I either follow the normal/usual lesson flow or the book or personalize the lesson according to the request and needs of the student. In my classes, my students mostly practise speaking, applying those words, phrases, and grammar that they learned, and boosting their confidence when communicating in English. I always encourage and give them activities where they can express themselves in English.
I'm a friendly and outgoing person. On my free time, I play mobile games, listen to music, watch movies, or eat chocolate.
