My teaching style is founded on the words of Nelson Mandela when he said “If you talk to a man in a language he understands, that goes to his head. If you talk to him in his language, that goes to his heart.”
I can confidently give both one-on-one and small-group classes and I bring a unique level of patience that is coupled with appropriate structure and order into my lessons.
Keeping a close eye on my students’ emotional state during class so as to give adequate praise and recognition, even if it’s for effort and not necessarily the correct answer is a high priority for me and no lesson goes without this.
I further ensure to leave thought-provoking concepts discovered during the lesson lingering in my students' minds when our lesson ends and beyond.
