I was born and raised in Austria where I attended Linz International School. At this school pupils are taught in English rather than German. Upon finishing my Matura with distinction, alongside the International Baccalaureate, I moved to Scotland, where I studied Forensic Psychobiology. Later, I went on to live in London for a year where I worked as an Assistant Psychologist. Currently, I am in Australia doing a research internship as part of master's degree in Forensic Psychology at Maastricht University (Netherlands).
I have worked as a tutor before and gave my first English tutoring lesson in high school. However, at this point, this was limited to helping my younger cousins and my brother with their English homework. Hopefully, the above goes to show that I am passionate about learning and teaching. :) For me, the ability to speak English fluently meant that I could travel the world whilst studying and working. I hope that I can serve as an example to my students and get them excited about learning English!
My hobbies include power lifting, climbing, yoga , photography, drawing, and reading.
