The teaching philosophy is student-centered, focusing on interactive, experiential, and inquiry-based methods to develop critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and cultural awareness. This approach includes discussions, debates, project-based learning, storytelling, case studies, and experiential learning techniques. Technology is used to accommodate diverse learning styles. Classroom dynamics reflect a well-balanced approach to different subjects, with historical and geography lessons emphasising global issues, social studies lessons focusing on civic education, and pre-primary education adopting a play-based learning approach. An inclusive and engaging classroom environment is prioritised, with formative and summative assessments to track progress. My experience in Namibia, pre-primary education, cultural heritage, and tourism education has strengthened my ability to teach in diverse environments.
