In my teaching, I focus on creating a dynamic and inclusive classroom environment. I use a variety of methods to engage students and encourage participation. These include:

1. Interactive Learning: I believe in involving students in the learning process through discussions, group activities, and interactive exercises. This helps them grasp concepts more deeply and develop critical thinking skills.

In terms of classroom dynamics, I strive for an open and respectful environment where students feel safe to express their opinions and ask questions. I set clear expectations for behavior and encourage a growth mindset, where mistakes are viewed as opportunities for learning.

My teaching experience, particularly in English, has strengthened my ability to communicate complex ideas in an accessible way. This has enhanced my ability to manage diverse groups and create an inclusive learning environment, skills that are especially important in the field of Gender and Diversity.
