I have 3 years teaching experience in an international school system and I have used the following methods on my students for
effective learning.
Game based learning , blended learning ,
Student-centred learning which has worked alot as a class should be the spotlight of the students not the teachers to spoon feed them but let them express themselves and boost up their confidence along with it learn from their mates as well.
I let them take part in debates, small group projects, and fun roleplay scenarios together. As a teacher, My job is to be an excellent facilitator. I encourage open communication, curiosity, creativity and exploration. At the end of a classroom activity, I urge students to reflect on what they’ve learnt.
