I have been working in China as an ESL Instructor for the past 7 years . I use various approaches in the learning process . I have used the Present ,Practice and Produce methodology, Direct Method , Task Based Learning and other approaches . In other circumstances or with other groups l use different interactive technics with students . Technology is something l also incorporate in my lessons .
I use a reward system for my students to try and manage the classroom as well as encourage my students whilst they are learning . It helps to manage the classroom as well as keep the students motivated .
