I am Alice Bove, M.A., conference interpreter and specialised translator. I was born in Italy in 1999, but I have been living in Vienna for some years now, and I am now looking for new opportunities to work as a freelance language tutor in Austria. That is why I would be thrilled to join the NachhilfePro team as a freelance French trainer. I would describe myself as meticulous and organized as well as patient and friendly. Italian is my mother tongue, but I speak French fluently and accurately thanks to my university studies and various language stays. As for German, I have been studying it for many years, and my German skills are improving everyday thanks to professional and intensive courses and to the numerous translation projects I have been working on in recent years. Indeed, I am now working in an environment where German is my everyday working language. I have a master’s degree in Specialised Translation and Conference Interpreting for French, Italian and English, and I have already worked as a language trainer, a teaching assistant and a professional interpreter and translator in different subject fields (medicine, marketing, business, renewable energy systems, tourism, arts, culture and many more). Furthermore, I hold two different bachelor’s degrees: I first studied Translation and Interpreting studies at IULM University in Milan, Italy, and then graduated from the French university Université Savoie Mont Blanc of Chambéry in Applied foreign languages, which was specifically tailored for students who wanted to become language teachers. I graduated with the highest grades and cum laude honours from all three degree programmes mentioned above. I highly value the work ethic and approach to education of the NachhilfePro team, and I really think I would be a great addition to it by offering conscientious and reliable work as a passionate and committed French instructor.
