A Tutor for those who is a Film-lover

Sergei has been an independent filmmaker since 2006. He finished high school (1990) and graduated from Perm National Research Polytechnic University (2001). He managed his own company (2000-2007). Studied at Marina Razbezhkina Film School (2008-2009). His first film «On the Way Home» (2011) was premiered at Krakow Film Festival in 2012; the second «Perm-36.Reflexion» (2016) was premiered in Moscow at October multiplex in 2016. His films were screened at film festivals and in universities in Russia, Europe and the USA, shown on TV, andare available on VoD. Was Head of Industry at «Moscow Business Square» (2011-2015) and Executive director for External Relations at MIDFF DOKer (2015-2021). He also works as a film &photo archives researcher for film projects for the EU countries such as France, Austria, Switzerland and others. Since March 2022 he is based in Vienna, Austria.
