I am a teacher who teaches all diciplines of Biology to the students of all ages

I am Jabir Ali from Pakistan. I completed my M.Phil. in Microbiology with a CGPA of 3.5/4.0. My master's thesis aimed to contribute to Pakistan's National AMR Action Plan. I worked on AMU and AMR knowledge, attitude, and practises (KAP) studies of veterinary drug store owners in Jhang district.
Moreover, I also worked in a project on the molecular epidemiology of novel plasmid-mediated tigecycline resistance gene tet(X4) in E. coli from food- animals in Faisalabad. On a special assignment, I also worked on AMU data, where I helped in developing methodology and mathematical formulas for AMU calculations and analysis. Based on my master’s studies I got a consultancy contract from Health Security Partners (HSP) on KAP for the UKAID-funded Fleming Fund Country Grant in 2021. I am currently collaborating with, Prof. Ruichao Li from Yangzhou University China on meta-analysis of the epidemiology of mobile tigecycline resistance and treatment efficacy and Dr. Van de Borne from Wageningen University, Netherlands on AMU rationality testing in livestock.
Reseach Skill:
1. Query-based scientific databases search (syntax of Scopus, google scholar, PubMed, and
web of science),
2. Data scraping and wrangling, big data management, meta-analysis
3. Creative and scientific writing.
4. Wet lab skills: AST, ELISA, PCR & Gel Electrophoresis, & SDS-PAGE.
5. Statistical Packages: R Studio: (package readxl, package ggplot2, package plotly, and
package metafore).
6. Geographic Information System: QGIS, ArcGIS.
7. Scientific Illustrations: Adobe Illustrator CC, and Adobe Photoshop CC.
8. Bioinformatics Tools: NCBI, Uniprot, ClusterW, mega X, and Geneious prime.

Alongwith my research experiences and skills I also have 3 years experiences of teaching different disciplines of Biology at several reputed colleges and universities of my the Country.
