Cambridge Certified English teacher with 9 years of experience

I am Anna, an English teacher with 9 years of experience. I have been living and teaching abroad for more than 5 years (Egypt, Vietnam, Ireland, UAE, Turkey). I am a CELTA and TESOL certified teacher, which means I was trained to teach adults effectively so that everyone speaks English freely and properly. I have also worked as an English teacher at a private Indian school, where I taught children (native English speakers). I have a Master’s degree in Psychology, and I love everything related to psychology and philosophy like books, movies, etc. I am fond of art, reading and travelling. I am also keen on learning languages, such as German and Serbian. I am fluent in English, Russian and Ukrainian. My goal as a teacher is to motivate, inspire and encourage students and also to let them see the beauty of English language. Once students find ways to apply their knowledge in everyday life, such as listening to favorite singers or watching series, their progress will increase dramatically. Because only a passionate learner will truly succeed!
