My given name is Hiba Abdullah. I am ready to offer my creativity, devotion, and enthusiasm to the community of your school since I have almost six years of teaching experience and a passion for encouraging students to develop a love of learning.
In my previous role at Lahore Grammar School as English, Science and Social Studies teacher, I successfully developed and implement student oriented lessons that increased student active participation in the class by around 80%. I prioritize creating and welcoming and supportive classroom environment where every child feels privileged and motivated to reach their full potential. My teaching methodology includes hands-on activities, integration of technology, and a focus on social-emotional learning to foster the academic and personal growth of my students
My major responsibilities:
• Strong collaboration with colleagues and parents to foster a cohesive support system for students.
• Established a positive learning environment that is encouraging, engaging and adaptive to student needs.
• Conducted and attended workshops and seminars on innovative teaching methodologies
Beyond academics, I feel pride in contributing to the school community through organizing and hosted the grand student competitions such as Spelling bee, Science and Social Studies Quizzes, Earth Day presentations and reading circles. I believe these opportunities enrich students' learning experiences and build a stronger bond between the school and families.
